In this special three night, women-only workshop, Nicole will lead you in a meaningful Vinyasa yoga practice full of both challenging and restorative asana, breath work, philosophy and meditation.

With a focus on connecting to nature and to each other, this retreat will embrace on the process of letting go, which will be supported by the fall season in Snowgrass Lodge’s tranquil setting by the Wenatchee River.

We’ll find time for restoration and rejuvenation, whether through quiet candlelight meditation, colorful forest hikes, a soak in the hot tub, or simply the good company of others. Through the weekend, nourishing and delicious vegetarian meals will be served by Jessica Myre of Green Girl Goodies.

About my Yoga Classes, Workshops & Retreats

Nicole was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, where she started practicing yoga over 15 years ago as a supplement to her dance training. Yoga became an essential part of her life as a professional dancer; in it she discovered a time to stop pushing, criticizing and judging, and instead cultivate love and appreciation for the transforming power of movement.

With a degree in Modern Dance and a certification from OmCulture's 200-hour teacher training program, as well as years of experience teaching both yoga and dance, Nicole has developed a passion and understanding of anatomy, injury prevention and helping students find positive ways to work through injury. Her vinyasa-style classes blend creative and challenging flow sequences with moments of meditation to find connection, appreciation and honesty of where our bodies truly are and how we face those challenges, ultimately bringing more grace into our lives on and off the mat.
